Today, I am deeply grateful and humbled to share that we have now reached over 15,000 followers on this page.
When I began this journey after the unexpected loss of my precious husband, I never imagined this level of support, nor could I have conceived of the beautiful ways in which our hearts would be knit together.
You took this journey with me and you’ll never know what your presence has meant.
I was so broken. So grief stricken. So flattened.
But we learned together.
We grew together.
We began to heal together.
Oswald Chambers wrote, “Sorrow opens up doorways of fellowship as afflicted hearts cling to one another.”
It illustrates perfectly what this page has become.
We understood, amidst the wreckage, that we were not alone. Galvanized by God’s sufficient grace, and emboldened by each other’s support, we found a safe place to inventory our losses and enumerate our sorrows.
We witnessed, firsthand, God’s faithfulness to redeem all that came before, and we marveled at His ability to produce unrivaled beauty from the ashes of our dreams.
Even with all we’ve seen Him do, I still believe the best is yet to come. There is growth and purpose and eternal significance ordained in abundance for each of us, and I wait, in earnest expectation, to see how God brings it about in our lives as we continue this journey.
It has been my profound honor to walk with you. Thank you for being part of this community. Thank you for helping me reach this milestone, and, most importantly, thank you for being an integral part of my very own hope and healing.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Bev
